School Age Child Care (SAC) Staff
Staff needed for before- and after-school programs in Hempfield elementary schools. Hours: 6:30-8:40 am and 3-6 pm while school is in session.
Requirements: Minimum high school diploma; clearances; two years (2500 hours) experience with children.

Summer Day Camp Counselors
Hiring counselors for Hempfield recCenter’s summer day camp. Employment runs June through August. Shifts available between 7 am and 6 pm. Requirements: Must be at least 17 years old, experience working with children, clearances, CPR/First Aid certification.

Part-time Sports Coordinator
We’re seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate and develop sports programs, camps, leagues and tournaments for the youth and adults in our community and surrounding area.

Under the general direction of the Program Director, the Part-time Sports Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the sports programs. This person will serve as the contact person for all leagues, camps, programs and tournaments.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to work with adults and children. The individual must be organized and have experience in the particular sports offered. The coordinator must be able to address questions and concerns in a positive manner and resolve practical problems. Communication skill is required to present information in a clear and effective manner.

Salary/Hours: $10–12.00 per hour, 10-15 hours per week with a minimum of 3–5 hours per week in administrative duties.

Preferred Experience: 1–3 years experience working with children and adults
Background in sports and recreation
Certification in CPR and first aid, state police, FBI and child abuse clearances
Demonstrated experience managing staff
