Why group fitness classes? First, everything is better when it’s shared. Second, whether you’re just starting your fitness program, or you’re taking it up a notch, you’ll find like-minded friends in each class. We’re all in this together! We know that sometimes you’re just not feeling it and that is where group think comes into play. You’ll find fellow group exercise members will cheer you on plus hold you accountable—making it more FUN and more likely that you will continue with the program. Once you get the hang of it, you’ll quickly see results that will motivate you to come back for more. Plus, you’ll make new friends who support your commitment to fitness!
We offer seven different aquatic group exercise classes and 18 fun fitness group exercise class—class times are scheduled so that you can workout in a group setting early morning before work, during the day, after work, and on weekends. There truly is something for everyone at a time that fits your schedule. Give it a try! We think you’ll like it.
