Buddy Training - Two People

NEW! DNA Personal Online and In-Person Training

Let Certified Trainers, Dan Cless and Amber Eastburn, design a series of workouts to do at home or at the recCenter. They will customize the workouts based on your goals and availability of equipment. Dan and Amber have developed a specialized program where you will receive your workout program through an app or on your computer. 

How does it work? Workouts are sent directly to you based on your goals. The workouts are sent to you via instructional videos where you can post questions and send videos showing your form to be evaluated. This system creates accountability as you must show completion of each workout. Get in on this new and exciting program to achieve the results you desire!
