Participants will be evaluated through a movement and stability screen.
Based on your results, a customized program will be designed just for you!
Each four-week, small-group class (3-4 participants) will involve soft tissue work, a dynamic warmup, upper and lower body exercises, full-body strength training and conditioning. Those interested in pairing nutrition with performance will receive progressive advice for a holistic approach to wellness.
Progress will be measured by body composition check-ins and fitness performance.
