NEW! Hempfield Coed Intro to Lacrosse Camp ages 6–12
Lead by Hempfield high school coach Jeff Davis; this camp is an excellent introduction to the sport of lacrosse! Soft balls and sticks will be used. No other equipment is needed. Skills such as throwing, catching, ground ball pickup, shooting and defense will be taught and small-sided games will be played. Church St field.

NEW! Hempfield Girls Lacrosse Development Camp grades 2–8
This instructional camp is designed for the beginner/intermediate player looking to gain more experience.
Players will learn and develop their stick work skills, shooting, offensive/defensive strategies, and concepts of the game. You will have an opportunity to train with Claudia Ovchinnikoffc, current Head Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach at Hempfield High School. She is also a former U.S. Women’s Elite team member, former Division I Offensive Player of the Year and former Assistant Coach at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

Youth Free Weight Orientation ages 11–15
This three-week program teaches youth how to properly use the equipment in the recCenter cardio and weight training areas. Even 11 and 12-year-olds who work out with an adult will be more self-sufficient and know how to exercise safely. Participants should wear exercise clothing and sneakers.

Four Seasons Jr. Golf Clinic ages 10–17
Instructor: William Gately, Certified U.S. Kids Golf Coach.
Golfers will benefit from a group clinic specific to that day’s fun skill contests. At 10:30 am, golfers will begin teeing off until noon, starting with the oldest kids. Golfers will participate in on-course contests throughout the season that ends on Aug. 4 with a tournament that includes trophies and certificates.

Designed to make the youth athlete more efficient, explosive and powerful in their movements for tennis or any sport that you play. Youth Outdoor Volleyball Clinic ages 9–15
Coach Gary Dimm leads this week-long volleyball camp that includes instruction on how the game is played, basic skills, as well as daily game play. Coed Flag Football ages 6–12

CrunchTime Hoops Beginner/Intermediate Training Clinic grades 1–6
Charlie Parker, an All American and Hall of Fame inductee for the Millersville University Basketball Program, and a former professional basketball player in European leagues and the NBA G-League offers two summer sessions of skill development camps to players of all skill levels. Players will participate in drills involving ball handling, footwork, scoring, passing, defense, and shooting techniques that will provide them a foundation to build upon and continue to raise their level of play in the years to come. Competitive drills and games will add to the excitement level of each camp and the overall experience for all participants.

CrunchTime Hoops Advanced Training Camp
An elite skills development camp for middle school and high school players. Players will be pushed to improve their ball handling, footwork, finishing at the basket, passing, shooting, and defense! Players will compete to enhance situational awareness and decision making on the basketball court. This camp is all about hard work and dedication. Each participant will have an opportunity to sharpen their skills, learn new tools that can be used in 5 on 5 play, and improve their all-around game. Competitive drills and games will add to the excitement level of each camp and the overall experience for all participants.

E.P. Brown of FRS Sports Athletics is offering beginner to pro boxing classes that teach the technical
aspects of boxing along with ways you can incorporate this invigorating sport into your workout routine.
