Youth Outdoor Volleyball Clinic ages 9–15
Coach Gary Dimm leads this week-long volleyball camp that includes instruction on how the game is played, basic skills, as well as daily gameplay. Campers are grouped by their ability and knowledge of the game.

Coed CrunchTime Hoops Beginner/Intermediate Training Camp grades K–6
Charlie Parker, an All American and Hall of Fame inductee for the Millersville University Basketball Program, and a former professional basketball player in European leagues and the NBA G-League will hold a skill development camp for K–6 (completed grade in 2020) players of all skill levels. Players will participate in drills involving ball handling, footwork, scoring, passing, defense, and shooting techniques that will provide them a foundation to build upon and continue to raise their level of play in the years to come. Competitive drills and games will add to the excitement level of each camp and the overall experience for all participants.

Coed CrunchTime Hoops Advanced Training Camp grades 7–12
An elite skills development camp for middle school and high school players, grades 7–12. Players will be pushed to improve their ball handling, footwork, finishing at the basket, passing, shooting, and defense! Players will compete to enhance situational awareness and decision making on the basketball court. This camp is all about hard work and dedication. Each participant will have an opportunity to sharpen their skills, learn new tools that can be used in 5 on 5 play, and improve their all-around game. Competitive drills and games will add to the excitement level of each camp and the overall experience for all participants.

Coed Flag Football ages 6–12 - NEW DATES!
Players will learn the fundamentals of the sport in this no-touch league. All kids are given the opportunity to experience all of the positions on the field. Each team will practice/scrimmage for 90 minutes each week. Sundays only, between the hours of noon and 6:00 pm.
Volunteer coaches are needed.
Registration is mandatory and space is limited.

Boxing Classes ages 8+
E.P. Brown of FRS Sports Athletics is offering beginner to pro boxing classes that teach the technical
aspects of boxing along with ways you can incorporate this invigorating sport into your workout routine.
Gloves are provided. Hand wraps are recommended and will be available for purchase.
