Aqua Spin ClassRegister for Aqua Spin
A cardio workout that is easy on the joints! Our Aqua Spin class offers that same level of spin training intensity as a standard spin class with the added support of water. The water provides cyclists with a degree of support for their limbs (and sit bones) which is impossible to achieve on a normal stationary bike.
Ages 15+. Water shoes or old sneakers are required.

Stand up paddle boarding mixed with fitness techniques like HIIT, Pilates, Yoga—executed upon a stand-up board in the water. Choreographed to music, this effective workout will mobilize your entire body while engaging your core and back.
