Fitness & Wellness - Triathlon Club

The Hempfield Triathlon Club serves multi-sport athletes of all ages and abilities. Our goals are to provide education, training activities and discussion forums in a supportive and social environment. The Hempfield Triathlon Club is a great place to learn from other triathletes, find training partners and join in social gatherings. The club's affiliation with Hempfield Area Recreation Commission (HARC) provides meeting and training location needs. There are multiple weekly workouts to choose from to assist in getting started toward meeting your fitness goals.
