Ladies’ Power Hour – Advanced

This is for the ladies who have experience with weight training, but are looking for more of a challenge and to enhance their current workout routine. Join trainer Ally Wascavage to continue increasing strength by working on a variety of push, pull exercises focused on specific muscle groups along with multi-joint and rotational exercises for overall body strength.

In LADIES POWER HOUR, trainer Ally Wascavage uses cutting-edge research into women’s weightlifting to create a class that targets different muscle groups, makes use of different equipment and empowers women to increase strength while getting their lift on. Limit 4 participants.
