Our nationally certified trainers will develop a fitness program to meet your goals and schedule. Sessions are designed to focus on you and you alone!

  • Per Hour:
    $50 members  / $60 non-members
  • 5 sessions:
    $235 members / $285 non-members
  • 10 Session:
    $440 members / $540 non-members
  • 20 Sessions:
    $800 members / $1000 non-members

Fast-N-Fit Personal Training – Half hour personal training (Accelerated Workout Program)
Our 30–minute personal training sessions will fit into your busy schedule. Make this workout a focal point of your daily routine. Allow us to help guide you to a healthier lifestyle through exercise.

  • 1/2 Hour:
    $32 members  / $37 non-members
  • 5 sessions:
    $145 members / $170 non-members
  • 10 Session:
    $260 members / $310 non-members
  • 20 Sessions:
    $440 members / $540 non-members
