Perfect for busy individuals or those wanting just a bit of guidance, our express, 30–minute personal training sessions are designed to provide you with a program that can be accomplished daily and expanded upon.

Buddy Training - Two People

Grab a buddy and meet with one of our certified personal trainers to help you reach your goals. This is a great opportunity for couples, BFFs or co-workers to motivate each other and get fit together. (Pricing split per person; each participant must purchase his/her/their own package.)

FMS - Functional Movement Systems

Personalized Weight Loss Workouts

Don’t have time to do personal training in-person but would like a workout and nutritional advice to help you lose weight and tone your muscles?

Let trainer Ally Wascavage design a program specifically for you.

Ally has a B.S. degree in Nutrition and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Certified Barbell Instructor.

She’ll help you eat healthier, train smarter and achieve your health goals.

DNA Training

Individual, Limited Contact Workouts

This is a great new option for people who have a desire to workout but have been restricted based on the changing world.

Let certified trainers Dan and Amber Cless, design an entire series of workouts for you to do at home or at the recCenter. They will customize the workouts based on your individual goals and availability of equipment. Dan and Amber have a specialized programming system in which you will receive your workout information through an app or on a computer.
