Opportunities to Volunteer & Donate

The Koser Jewelers Tennis Challenge presents many opportunities for donations and volunteering. We’re grateful for all the help and support provided to help make this exciting week of tennis happen! Please consider joining us as a volunteer. We appreciate the support.

Koser Ambassador

This new position will be located at or near the stadium court to welcome all the guests as they arrive for the evening matches, Super Saturday and Championship Sunday. You will be promoting the food court and any vendors that we have set up for that session.

Player’s Lounge

This volunteer position will be staffed at the Tournament Office and help the players with any local information, including the shuttle service. You will also be helping set up the lunches each day for the players and officials.  A tournament shirt will be provided.

Court Monitor

This volunteer position will be staff at the Stadium Court and will help control seating during changeovers.  A tournament shirt will be provided.

Koser Stadium Scoreboard

Volunteers sought for Tournament scoreboard keeping at Stadium Court. Update scores after each point, requiring basic computer skills.

Donation Opportunities 

Snacks – The Landisville Pro Circuit requests donations for various food items during the tournament. Sign up to donate below and items can be dropped off at the Hempfield recCenter beginning Monday, July 29. Without the support of our local community, this USTA flagship tournament would not be the success it is today. We appreciate all of your help!

Ball Crew

As a Ball Crew member, you are afforded the opportunity to be on-court with the superstars of tennis! We recruit more than 80 adults and juniors for the Ball Crew, offering access to matches and players.  You must be at least 10 years old if you play tennis or 12 years old if you do not have ample tennis experience. 

The Ball Crew Volunteers are a very important part of the Koser Jeweler Tennis Challenge. Players and officials rely on the Ball Crew to keep the flow of the match going. Whether you’re a “rookie” or a “veteran,” all Ball Crew Volunteers must go through training and practice to be the very best when matches begin!

Ball Crew Requirements 

  •  10 years of age and older or by special selection 
  • Must be able to keep score including tiebreakers 
  • Able to focus for an extended amount of time 
  • All ball crew are required to purchase a uniform package and wear their uniform for all shifts they work. The uniform includes a (2) shirts, (1) hat at a cost of $25. 
  • Each member of the ball crew must wear white shorts/skirt and white socks for all shifts (not provided).
