Yoga in the Parks

Each one-hour long Saturday class is open to everyone in the community and will include yoga poses along with breathing and relaxation exercises to cultivate a calm mind while increasing strength and flexibility.

New to yoga? This is a great opportunity to try it. Participants must bring their own mat, towel and water.


In the event of inclement weather, classes will be canceled.
