GUEST POLICY

• Guest access to the Rec is available at a $15 fee per person/per day.
• Guests have access to our fitness center, gymnasium, and pools ONLY.
• First time guests are required to fill a liability waiver at front desk before entering our facility.

PROGRAM/CLASS REFUND POLICY

• HARC canceled program/class – full refund or credit.
•  Prior to start of program/class, requested refund due to relocation, injury, illness, or other circumstances must be approved by the Department Director.
• All requested refunds or credit are subject to a $15.00 administration fee unless otherwise noted.
• Granted refunds can be processed as a credit on account, check or credit card.
• Injury/Illness
  • Full program cost – if requested prior to the start of a program when accompanied by a doctor’s note. No administration fee.
  • Prorated program cost – if request is after the start of the program when accompanied by a doctor’s note. No administration fee.
• Trips cancelled 14 days prior to the trip date full refund minus administration fee. Cancellation with 14 days of the trip no refund or credit.
• All programs/classes are subject to additional requirements or charges if deemed necessary.
