Be part of the excitement as Hempfield Rec launches Girls Flag Football! This fast-growing sport is the perfect opportunity for athletes to build skills, compete, and have fun in a supportive team environment. Players will develop football fundamentals, teamwork, strategy, and confidence while being part of an exciting new program designed just for girls. Volunteer Coaches Needed – and greatly appreciated!
