The $100,000 Koser Jewelers Tennis Challenge delivered excitement, drama, and unforgettable moments from the first serve to the final point. The week brought thrilling, world-class tennis — interspersed with flooding, extreme heat, weather delays, and spectacular special community events — to Landisville, PA.
At the Luncheon presented by TurboExecs, we celebrated inspiring women and recognized Julie Walker, founder of the Peyton Walker Foundation, for her incredible courage and lifesaving work. Junior players competed in an Around the World game during High School Night to win a pizza party for their school tennis team courtesy of Hot Z Pizza. Kids Day, presented by USTA Middle States-Central PA, welcomed over 100 participants and provided fun, on-court games for the next generation of players. And we celebrated the 50th Anniversary of Wheelchair Tennis by offering a Wheelchair and Adaptive Tennis Clinic, followed by an exhibition match and player recognition ceremony.
On Championship Sunday, we crowned the 2026 doubles champions — sisters I-Hsuan and Yi Tsen CHO (TPE) who triumphed over Savannah Broadus (USA) and Kylie Collins (USA) with a final score of 6-2, 6-4. The singles final was a nail-biter, with Hanne Vandewinkel (BEL) making a comeback against Anastasia Zakharova to claim this year’s title with a hard-fought 3-6, 6-3, 6-1 victory.
