Meet our Trainers – Jen Adams

Background & Experience:
My fitness career spans over 25+ years. I started out teaching indoor cycling or “spin” as it’s often referred to and then went on to teach other group fitness class formats. I have been doing personal training for 15 years.

Why a career in health & wellness?
I have always been active in sports and fitness and a career in the field allowed me the flexibility to be able to raise a family and still be able to help others in their fitness journey. I am committed to helping people to achieve their goals and to lead a more active and healthier lifestyle.

What do you do for fun?
I love spending time at the beach, being outdoors, enjoying time with my family and friends and taking care of my farm and horses and other pets.

Favorite exercise?
My favorite way to train is with HIIT workouts and functional training.

Favorite muscle group to work out?
Arms and lower body.
