Aqua Stand Up burns up to 650 calories in 60 minutes. Aqua Stand Up incorporates paddle boarding with different fitness techniques like Pilates, Yoga, Muscle Conditioning and Stability. Very efficient workout for the core and lower back. Mobilize all your muscles in a targeted workout for core/back/upper body/cardio training/balance/total body conditioning. Participants should be comfortable in water over their heads. Ages 15+. Space is limited.
