6-Week Accelerated Health Coaching Program
This intensive accelerated program will include (6) weekly ½ hour sessions. This program is best for those who are looking for short-term support and accountability. This program is designed for those who already maintain a moderately healthy lifestyle and may be looking to expand their knowledge and acquire new resources. This is also a great program for those looking to develop long term habits such as meal planning, choosing nutritional alternatives, and mindful eating. This program will include: an individualized nutrition plan, a full set of follow-up notes, and additional applicable resources. Clients will also have access to me via text/email between sessions. This program is NOT designed for those who currently have pre-existing health conditions or new-found food sensitivities / allergies.
3-Month Health Coaching Program
This accelerated program will include (6) bi-weekly 1-hour sessions. This program is best for those who would like to get a better handle on their health based upon a short-term commitment. This program is designed for those who wish to establish a healthier nutrition plan and looking to improve their health which may include weight management support, stress management tools, food addiction management, etc. This program will include: an individualized nutrition plan, a virtual “pantry clean-out” session, a full set of follow-up notes per session, coaching recommendations and additional recipes or other resources. Clients will also have access to me via text/email between sessions.
6-Month Signature Health Coaching Program (Best Value)
This whole body 6-month program will include (12) bi-weekly 1-hour sessions. This slow-paced program is best for those who are looking for long-term support and who are currently dealing with pre-existing health conditions and yearn to develop a healthier lifestyle focused on whole nutritional habits, identifying food labels, gut rehabilitation, and a personalized wellness practice along with guided accountability support. This program will include: an individualized nutrition plan, a full set of follow-up notes per session, a supermarket guided tour, coaching recommendations and additional recipes or other resources. Clients will also have access to me via text/email between sessions. BONUS: One complimentary 1-hr Reiki Healing session.
