Grades 4-6: Thursdays, 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Join Hempfield High School Field Hockey Coaching Staff for a 3-week instructional session focusing on various aspects of the game, such as stick handling, passing, shooting, positioning, and game strategy. Open to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. The goal is to enhance both individual and team performance through drills, exercises, and game-like scenarios in a supportive, instructional environment.
