Hempfield High School Swimmers – Pre-Season

This program is designed for Hempfield High school swimmers who do not compete on a USS/YMCA winter team. Preseason is a conditioning practice that will work on technique and endurance prior to the start of the high school swimming season.

7:30pm-9:00pm
