Hempfield Rec Hoopers Basketball League

Players will be grouped into teams and assigned a parent volunteer/coach. Concentration is placed on practicing ball handling, dribbling, passing, and shooting. The first four weeks of the program will be one-hour team practices. The remaining four weeks will be scheduled scrimmages against the other teams in the program. A time clock will run, but no scoring will be kept. A detailed schedule will be given out at the coaches’ meeting and distributed to all participants and their parents.
