Summer Holiday Mixers

Play will be 9-11 am and food will be 11-12 pm.  Courts will remain available for extra play through at least noon. Hempfield recCenter will be providing a meat dish and providing drinks. Everyone else will bring a snack to share. $20/member, $23/non-member. If you have pairing requests please share them with . Sign up will open at least 2 weeks ahead and be open until 2 days ahead. This is rain or shine, so the current maximum is 24; however, if the forecast looks good, we will change the maximum to 32 and open it up for reservations up to 24 hours in advance. The 3 Holiday Tennis Mixers are Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. There are 3 methods available for registration: online through your club automation account, using Hempfield recCenter app, or registering with a front desk staff person (not an office). Pay when you register.  Please bring food to share.
