Background & Experience:
In 2014, I started my career in health and fitness by teaching Zumba classes. Wanting to do more in the industry, I also got my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences. Now, I’m a health coach, helping people with personal training, small group sessions, and leading group exercises.
Why a career in health & wellness?
I chose to work in health and fitness because I truly believe that eating good, healthy food and exercising regularly are the best ways to build a healthy body.
What do you do for fun?
Baking cooking, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family & friends
Favorite exercise?
Strength training especially with cables or barbell. If I had to pick – back squats
