My favorite exercise is the clean and jerk because it’s a full body movement and really gets your heart rate going! I like working out everything because I understand the importance of maintaining strength in all our muscles (and bones) as we age.

I love creating new experiences for our girls, being outside, cooking, coffee, exercising and finding ways to create joy.
