Background & Experience:
During the day I work in software. I had an on/off relationship with lifting and sports in general in school, but I became consistent and process-oriented about strength training once I graduated from college and moved back home to Lancaster.
Why a career in health & wellness?
I’m in love with the process of training, so I hope to share that knowledge and passion for getting stronger with friends, family, and our members.
What do you do for fun?
I attend a couple of churches and am involved with young adult bible study. I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, along with gaming.
