Got my start in powerlifting and have been a trainer since 2019.
Why a career in health & wellness?
I have always enjoyed working with people, especially one on one. When I was overweight and depressed, personal trainers really helped me gain control over my body and mind. It was an easy transition to give back and to help those who are in the same place I was.
What do you do for fun?
Learning new exercises for my clients. Reading about the history or lives of the saints and going to mass. I like spending time with my husband and family. Watching a movie after a long day.
Favorite exercise?
Anything with bands, and going slow.
