Background & Experience:
Hello, my name is Ricky Pabon. I’ve spent most of my life in Lancaster County, graduating from Lampeter-Strasburg High School in 2004 before beginning a journey that shaped who I am as a coach today. In 2006, I joined the U.S. Army and served six years as a Military Police Officer. During that time, my passion for fitness, discipline, and helping others truly came alive.
After completing my service, I continued to build on that passion, earning my Master of Science in Exercise Science and Wellness: Fitness and Performance from Liberty University. My education strengthened my understanding of human performance, movement, and coaching, allowing me to better serve the people who trust me with their fitness goals.
With 14 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve had the privilege of training and transforming lives across all ages and abilities. I’ve always believed in practicing what I preach. I’ve competed as an athlete in wrestling, football, and baseball, and I’m an avid runner who has completed marathons, half marathons, and even a triathlon. I’ve also tackled multiple Spartan races, including the grueling 30-mile Ultra.
On my favorite coffee mug is a quote I try to live out every day: “A great coach can change a life.” My mission is to be that coach—helping people discover their strength, build confidence, and achieve what they once thought impossible.
