Build Your Best Body

Experience a full body strength workout every class with group and individual instruction on how to move well preventing injury, when to “move up”, and what to modify. Become motivated, “change it up”, as you physically get stronger, build great muscle and confidence towards healthy aging. Every 6 week session is designed using varied equipment.
