Learn and experience a full body strength workout every class with a fitness professional coaching, individually, how much weight to lift, how to move well preventing injury, advising when to “move up” or modifying. Become motivated, leaving boredom behind, as you physically get stronger and build great confidence. Every 6 week session is designed using varied equipment: dumbbells, bands, BOSU, TRX, MB and bodyweight.
