What Is Stronger Together?
Stronger Together isn’t just about working out—it’s about building strength, improving endurance, and connecting with an awesome group of people who help keep you motivated. Our certified personal trainer will guide you through each session, providing personalized tips and encouragement along the way.
Here’s what you’ll love about it:
- Strength and Cardio Combined: Each class targets a different muscle group and mixes in cardio, so you’re getting a balanced, full-body workout.
- A Supportive Community: When you’re surrounded by others who are pushing toward their goals, you’ll feel more energized and motivated to keep going.
- Personal Attention: With small classes (only 9 participants per session), you’ll get plenty of one-on-one time with the trainer to make sure you’re on track.
When and Where Can I Try It?
We’re offering Stronger Together classes throughout October so you can try before the official launch. Here’s the schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 5:30am and 9:30am
- Sunday: 9:30am and 11:00am
Whether you’re an early riser or prefer a mid-morning sweat session, we’ve got you covered!
What Does It Cost?
During October, it costs absolutely nothing to try out Stronger Together! Just show up, and experience the program for free. After November 4th, when we officially launch, the cost will be:
- $79/month for members
- $99/month for non-members
But don’t worry—there’s no obligation to sign up after the free trial. Just come give it a go and see if it’s the right fit for you!
