Background & Experience:
I’ve been a Personal Trainer for about 4 years. I worked with many clients from those wanting to lose weight to building muscle. I also do sports-specific training as well.
Why a career in health & wellness?
I pursued Health and Wellness because I realize how important it is to take care of our health, but also how we look and feel, I enjoyed being at the gym working on my own goals and wanted to help others to achieve the same.
What do you do for fun?
I enjoy hiking, playing sports, and enjoy swing dancing
