Nutrition Coaching
What you eat is a big factor in your overall health. Physical exercise may not be enough, so enhance your health with nutrition coaching! Each weekly session will provide a discussion on your daily habits throughout the week, energy consumption recommendations, ideas for movement, how to pinpoint areas of improvement and how to achieve and maintain healthy eating habits. We will use tools like food journals, measurement charts and follow-up notes to refer to between sessions.
