45+ Power Train

What helps you age successfully? Moving well! Your body is made to move forward, backwards, lateral and to rotate.  We will work on healthy aging; what matters most is stability, speed, power, endurance and balance. No worry about if you can do it. Give what you can towards feeling great! Every 6 week session is designed using varied equipment.
