Background & Experience: I worked as a Navy Contractor on Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, at the Navel Hospital, for approximately 15 years serving as both a Dental and Surgical Technician, and as a Staff Satisfaction Liaison.
Background & Experience: My fitness journey spans 40 years, starting with group exercise instruction. As a YMCA Fitness Director in the 1990s, I supervised, trained, and mentored staff. Progressing to a general program manager at a recreation center, I design diverse fitness classes and offer personal training to clients while staying ACE-certified.
Background & Experience: During the day I work in software. I had an on/off relationship with lifting and sports in general in school, but I became consistent and process-oriented about strength training once I graduated from college and moved back home to Lancaster.
